6. Legal bases
Where the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, the GDPR, or similar laws apply, we rely on appropriate legal bases, including your request or pre-contractual steps, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website and responding to business inquiries, consent where required, compliance with legal obligations, and establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before withdrawal or processing that is permitted on another legal basis.
7. Automated decisions and AI
The public website does not make legally or similarly significant decisions about you by fully automated means. Access requests are reviewed by JobDone AI or its representatives and do not guarantee access, pricing, timing, a pilot, or any commercial relationship.
Website copy, diagrams, examples, and AI-related descriptions are informational. They are not automated decisions, professional advice, or binding assessments of your organization, workflow, data, or legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data.
9. Sharing and disclosures
We may disclose personal data to service providers, professional advisers, authorities, courts, regulators, counterparties, or other parties when needed to operate the website, respond to requests, comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, enforce terms, or complete a business transaction such as a merger, financing, restructuring, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not make access-request details public and we do not publish confidential preview discussions without permission.
10. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, evaluating access requests, maintaining business records, security, audit, legal compliance, dispute management, and defending legal claims.
