Any pilot, deployment, paid access, integration, or production use requires a separate written agreement signed or accepted by JobDone AI.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to accept these terms to use the website or submit a request. The website is intended for business and professional use.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the website, including:

  • Using the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
  • Providing accurate, current, and non-misleading information in contact and access-request forms.
  • Making sure you have the right and authority to share any company, workflow, document, system, integration, confidential, or personal data you provide.
  • Keeping special-category, regulated, highly confidential, production, credential, trade-secret, health, financial account, or third-party personal data out of public forms unless we have separately agreed on a secure process.

  • Maintaining your own security, backups, records, compliance program, and legal review.

You must not:

  • Use the website in a way that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing, or otherwise violates rights or laws.
  • Upload, submit, or transmit content that you do not have permission to use or that violates another person or organization's rights.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, crawl, overload, probe, scan, test, bypass, or attempt to defeat the security or access controls of the website except where mandatory law expressly allows it.

8. Website information and no professional advice

Website copy, diagrams, mockups, product descriptions, examples, AI adoption material, and preview materials are provided for general informational and marketing purposes only.

9. AI outputs, workflow discussions, and integrations

Any examples, mockups, workflow discussions, agent behavior descriptions, automation descriptions, integration references, or system diagrams on this website are illustrative and do not create a warranty, representation, commitment, service level, implementation obligation, or fitness statement.

You are responsible for evaluating whether any workflow, AI Coworker, AI Automation, AI output, integration, approval process, knowledge source, or record update is appropriate, lawful, secure, and suitable for your organization and legal obligations. Human review, controls, testing, monitoring, and governance remain your responsibility unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

10. Commercial terms

The public website does not currently offer self-serve purchases, subscriptions, public pricing, public trials, or production access.

Any commercial access, pilot, paid deployment, security commitment, data-processing arrangement, implementation work, integration, support obligation, service-level commitment, or procurement term must be agreed separately in writing. If separate written terms conflict with these website terms, the separate written terms govern for that specific relationship.

11. Changes, availability, and updates

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, rename, remove, restrict, block, or update the website, public content, contact flow, preview-related feature, or any part of the website at any time without liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobDone AI's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the website, contact forms, preview materials, or these terms is limited to CHF 50 or the minimum amount that mandatory law requires, whichever is higher.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including liability for unlawful intent, fraudulent concealment, death or personal injury caused by us where applicable, or gross negligence where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory Swiss law.

14. Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold JobDone AI and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, advisers, affiliates, successors, and suppliers harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from information you submit, your use or misuse of the website, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, your violation of another person or organization's rights, or your lack of authority to submit information or act for an organization.

15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend, restrict, block, rate-limit, remove, or terminate access to the website or any feature if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk, caused harm, used the website unlawfully, submitted abusive or unsafe content, or if the website or a feature is discontinued.

Sections that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership, submitted information, user responsibility, website information, AI outputs, commercial terms, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, privacy, governing law, venue, and changes.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. By using the website, you acknowledge that personal data is processed as described there.
